CAPLINQ Nederland announced today its plans to enter as an agent to serve the needs of the European Semiconductor market. Strategically located in Amsterdam, the Netherlands, CAPLINQ Nederland is located in one of Europe's best served transportation hubs, with many travel alternatives to meet with customers throughout Europe, the Middle East and Africa.
A complete portfolio
Though the complete list of suppliers has yet to be announced, CAPLINQ Nederland plans to supply a complete portfolio of semiconductor materials to its semiconductor customers and will include dicing tapes, die attach pastes, films and solders, epoxy molding compounds, liquid potting, encapsulants and underfills, leadframe and organic substrates, wire bonding materials, thermal interface materials, solder balls and tacky fluxes. This complete portfolio will enable customers to meet their entire bill of materials (BOM) for the manufacture of semiconductor devices.
