Lena Perabo joins CAPLINQ as Operations Manager

It gives me great plea­sure to wel­come Lena Per­abo, who, effec­tive 1st of Decem­ber 2013, has tak­en up the posi­tion of Oper­a­tions Man­ag­er at CAPLINQ Cor­po­ra­tion and will be based in Ottawa, Ontario Canada.

Key to this role will be to stream­line oper­a­tions at the CAPLINQ Cor­po­ra­tion facil­i­ty in Ottawa, Cana­da and to ensure flu­id com­mu­ni­ca­tions between CAPLIN­Q’s oth­er two facil­i­ties in the Nether­lands in Europe and in Chi­na. Lena brings with her years of expe­ri­ence in the retail busi­ness and under­stands the val­ue of devel­op­ing sys­tems for cus­tomer sat­is­fac­tion. She is also not afraid to dive into the unknown, and explore new pos­si­bil­i­ties and has the know-how to imple­ment the best prac­tices for the good of the company.

Lena will work close­ly with the oth­er CAPLINQ offices in Europe (CAPLINQ Europe BV) and in Asia (CAPLINQ Chi­na) to make sure that all cus­tomer ser­vices func­tions are han­dled seam­less­ly. She will also make sure that the logis­tics between each of the glob­al offices runs smooth­ly to ensure on time deliv­ery to our cus­tomers worldwide.
