Purchase Orders

CAPLINQ.com does accept payment by purchase order. First, you must apply for a credit line. If you don't have one already, you will be asked to create a corporate account before you apply. You will receive a credit line activation e-mail when your application for a credit line is approved. Once the account is activated, you will be given the opportunity to select your credit line in the order form when you place your order. There is no need to mail a hard copy of your purchase order to CAPLINQ.com.

Paying by Purchase Order

Add the items you want to purchase on each item's product detail page. Use the "Continue shopping" button to keep searching or browsing until your cart contains all of the items you want to order. You can access the contents of your Shopping Cart at any time by clicking the "Show Cart" link in the left column.

Take a moment to review all of the items you've placed in your Shopping Cart. When you're ready to place an order for everything in the Shopping Cart, click the "Proceed to checkout" button.

Sign in with your e-mail address and password, select that you want to use your corporate account, and provide the necessary shipping and payment information. You will be given the opportunity to indicate that you want to pay using your corporate credit account. You will also be able to enter any relevant purchase order number.

When you are ready, click the "Place your order" button to submit your order. Once you place your order, we will send you a confirmation e-mail message. We will send you another e-mail message at the time of shipment.
