Anna Rutkowska joins CAPLINQ Europe BV as Business Process Analyst

It gives me great plea­sure to wel­come Anna Rutkows­ka, who, effec­tive the 1st of Feb­ru­ary 2018, will take up the posi­tion of Busi­ness Process Ana­lyst at CAPLINQ Europe BV and will be based in our Heemskerk, Nether­lands office.

Anna Rutkowska to develop and implement critical business processes

Key to this role will be to design, devel­op, imple­ment and test crit­i­cal busi­ness process­es need­ed for the suc­cess of our busi­ness. As CAPLIN­Q’s ser­vice offer­ings have grown to include REACH Only Rep­re­sen­ta­tion, Order Ful­fill­ment, Tech­ni­cal Rep­re­sen­ta­tion and Tech­ni­cal Mar­ket­ing, so have the process­es need­ed to sup­port these key services.

Anna holds an Engi­neer­ing degree in Min­ing & Geol­o­gy as well as a Mas­ter’s degree in Gas Engi­neer­ing from AGH Uni­ver­si­ty of Sci­ence and Tech­nol­o­gy in Krakow, Poland. Pri­or to join­ing CAPLINQ, she worked as a Prod­uct Spe­cial­ist at EDF, the Euro­pean ener­gy facil­i­ties com­pa­ny and as a Prod­uct Engi­neer at Tran­si­tion Technologies.

Orga­ni­za­tion­al­ly, Anna will have direct super­vi­so­ry respon­si­bil­i­ty over CAPLIN­Q’s IT devel­op­ers, design­ers and pro­gram­mer and will report to Renee de Schep­per for devel­op­ment of our busi­ness process­es. As busi­ness process­es touch every area of our busi­ness, she will nat­u­ral­ly inter­act with all depart­ments as she learns, devel­ops and imple­ments new tools.

In her spare time, Anna enjoys trav­el­ling, shop­ping and get­ting to know her new neigh­bor­hood. She is look­ing for­ward to get­ting set­tled in the Netherlands.
