Ginta Grinfelde joins CAPLINQ as Inside Sales Administrator

I am hap­py to announce that effec­tive May 5th, 2019, Gin­ta Grin­felde will join CAPLINQ’s Sales Team as our new Inside Sales Admin­is­tra­tor. Work­ing full time out of our offices in Heemskerk, Nether­lands, Gin­ta will sup­port us and our cus­tomers so that we can pro­vide even bet­ter ser­vice and cus­tomer experience.


I am always looking for new challenges and experiences and I am excited to start my new position at Caplinq.

Gin­ta holds a Bach­e­lor of Applied Sci­ence (B.A.Sc.) degree from Hogeschool InHol­land in the Nether­lands and has worked in var­i­ous cus­tomer-fac­ing roles in Ger­many and the Netherlands.

Gin­ta moved to the Nether­lands when she was 19 years old but has also lived for a few months in both Chi­na and Ger­many. Still, Ams­ter­dam is her favorite city to live in.

In her free time, she likes to go to com­e­dy shows, read a good book, try a new craft beer, or go for a bike ride through Ams­ter­dam and trav­el as much as possible.

Ginta to support front line sales

Key to this role will be to update and admin­is­ter our CRM tools and sys­tems and to work with both cus­tomers and sales staff to move projects forward.

Orga­ni­za­tion­al­ly, Gin­ta will report to the Com­mer­cial Man­ag­er but will inter­act with all depart­ments as she learns, devel­ops and imple­ments new tools.
