With the indus­try’s ongo­ing dri­ve to elim­i­nate the haz­ardous sub­stances through the 2002/95/EC direc­tive — Restric­tion of Haz­ardous Sub­stances (RoHS), par­tic­u­lar­ly Heavy Met­als and Bromi­nat­ed Flame Retar­dants (PBBs & PBDEs), the ques­tion often aris­es whether MJ Gor­don 909C Car­nau­ba Wax Aerosol Spray com­plies with the direc­tive giv­en that it uses n‑Propyl bro­mide as a propellant.

Test­ing con­firms that MJ Gor­don Car­nau­ba Wax Aerosol Spray is RoHS Compliant.

Cus­tomers have been pleased to know that test­ing was car­ried out on July 6th, 2005. Test­ing con­firms that MJ Gor­don Car­nau­ba Wax Aerosol Spray is RoHS Com­pli­ant. The fol­low­ing two doc­u­ments sup­port this state­ment. The first is a test report car­ried out by Spe­cial­ized Tech­nol­o­gy Resources show­ing the com­pli­ance of prod­uct #909C. The sec­ond is a RoHS Sup­pli­er Dec­la­ra­tion of Envi­ron­men­tal Com­pli­ance com­plet­ed by MJ Gor­don Inc.
