Product Description

Honeywell HLT 7000 High TC Hybrid TIM is a two-component, dispensable thermal gap filler, which offers high thermal conductivity and long-term reliability. This product is easy to dispense and rework, making it ideal for high volume manufacturing.

Honeywell HLT 7000 marks the start of the High end TIM product line. It has a thermal conductivity of 7.0 W/mK accompanied with high reliability and ease of dispense. It can be cured after two-component mixing and can be cured faster under higher temperature. Its high compressibility minimizes thermal resistance at interfaces, while maintaining excellent performance during reliability testing.

Shelf Life
Shelf life is the amount of time after manufacturing that a product is guaranteed to retain its properties.

It differs vastly per product and it is based on temperature and storage conditions.

The properties can be guaranteed for the temperature and time range indicated on the TDS since those are the ones tested to be the best for the product.

Thermal Conductivity
Thermal Conductivity
Thermal conductivity describes the ability of a material to conduct heat. It is required by power packages in order to dissipate heat and maintain stable electrical performance.

Thermal conductivity units are [W/(m K)] in the SI system and [Btu/(hr ft °F)] in the Imperial system.
