Product Description

LOCTITE ABLESTIK ME 995-1-4 is a thermally conductive, glob top epoxy for microelectronics applications. It offers high viscosity and medium thixotropy and is typically used as a non conductive adhesive.

 

Cure Schedule

  • 60 minutes @ 150°C or
    40 minutes @ 170°C or
    20 minutes @ 190°C

Viscosity is commonly measured in centiPoise (cP). One cP is defined as

A product like honey would have a much higher viscosity -around 10,000 cPs-
compared to water. As a result, honey would flow much slower out of a tipped glass than
water would.
