3M™ VHB™ Tape 4991F is a 0.090 in (2.3 mm) thick gray double-coated acrylic foam tape designed for high-strength, permanent bonding across a broad range of materials. Featuring a multi-purpose acrylic adhesive on both sides, it bonds effectively to high and medium surface energy substrates such as metals, glass, painted surfaces, plastics, and plasticized vinyl. The conformable foam core compensates for slight surface irregularities, ensuring consistent contact and reliable performance. This tape is part of the 3M™ VHB™ 4941 family and includes a PE film liner for easy handling and application.
