CAPLINQ is proud to offer a range of its own LINQTAPE-branded specialty tapes and films including our LINQTAPE high-temperature polyimide (Kapton) tapes in our PIT-Series, our LINQTAPE polyester (PET) tapes in our PET-Series, LINQTAPE PTFE tapes in our PTFE-Series tapes and films and other LINQTAPE Wafer Dicing Tapes.
LINQTAPE™ Specialty Film and Tapes have a standard thickness range from 65μm to 200μm (0.0025” to 0.008”) and are available in sheeting, and with our without a range of adhesives including silicone and acrylic. Roll lengths and widths vary depending on thickness and application. Other variations may be available.
