| Viscosity Viscosity Viscosity is a measurement of a fluid’s resistance to flow. Viscosity is commonly measured in centiPoise (cP). One cP is defined as the viscosity of water and all other viscosities are derived from this base. MPa is another common unit with a 1:1 conversion to cP. A product like honey would have a much higher viscosity -around 10,000 cPs- compared to water. As a result, honey would flow much slower out of a tipped glass than water would. The viscosity of a material can be decreased with an increase in temperature in order to better suit an application | 50 - 80000 mPa.s |

| Adhesion Strength Adhesion Strength Adhesion is the bond strength measurement of a coating to a substrate. When an adhesive is bonded to an item or surface, numerous physical, mechanical and chemical forces come into play, which may have an effect on each other. | 6962 Oz/in |

Frequently Asked Questions About ABChimie® 9005 UV LED
What are typical applications for ABChimie® 9005 UV LED?
ABChimie® 9005 UV LED is an LED UV-curable glue designed for the bonding and protection of printed circuit board assemblies (PCBs) and electronic components in demanding manufacturing environments, including:
Automotive electronics (e.g., control units, sensors)
Industrial automation (e.g., motor drives, PLCs)
Consumer electronics (e.g., smart devices, wearables)
Other high-reliability electronic assemblies
What is the shelf life of ABChimie® 9005 UV LED?
ABChimie® 9005 UV LED has a shelf life of 12 months when stored at 5–30°C in tightly sealed, opaque containers. The product must be sealed away from excessive heat (>40°C). Before use, allow the product to equilibrate for 24 hours at 18–32°C for optimal performance. Due to settling, glue should be mixed before use.
What is the recommended curing method for ABChimie® 9005 UV LED?
ABChimie® 9005 UV LED is UV-curable and should be cured with a mercury lamp. The minimum UVA dose is 500 mJ/cm² for a 100 μm thickness. The mercury lamp-curable version is ABChimie® 9005 UV. Higher UVA doses do not negatively affect final properties.
