HumiSeal 1B31 LTX is a fast‑drying, single‑component acrylic conformal coating formulated to protect electronic assemblies from moisture, corrosive environments, and particulate contamination. It features a reduced xylene and toluene solvent system to ensure full compliance with GB30981‑2020, which governs VOC and solvent usage for conformal coatings. HumiSeal 1B31 LTX is available in a range of pre‑blended versions designed for use without additional dilution and optimized for various application methods.

| Breakdown Voltage Breakdown Voltage Breakdown voltage is the minimum voltage necessary to force an insulator to conduct some amount of electricity. It is the point at which a material ceases to be an insulator and becomes a resistor that conducts electricity at some proportion of the total current. After dielectric breakdown, the material may or may not behave as an insulator any more because of the molecular structure alteration. Conformal coatings can be successfully applied to substrates that have been cleaned prior to coating and also to substrates assembled with low residue “no clean” materials. Users should perform adequate testing to confirm compatibility between the conformal coating and their particular assembly materials, process conditions and cleanliness level.
