LOCTITE ABLESTIK 564A adhesive film is designed for bonding hybrid substrates into packages. In centrifuge tests, this adhesive passed 15,000 gs. It is typically used for substrate attach in hybrid packages.
LOCTITE ABLESTIK 564A is an electrically insulating epoxy film that meets the requirements of MIL-STD-883C, Method 5011 and passes the stringent NASA outgassing standards.
