Product Description

WS360 Wax Conditioning Sheets are used to protect the mold surface and ensure a good releasing effect after cleaning. It is a waxing sheet that provides an ideal balance between great mold protection and high workability and it can be used for Green and non Green EMC as well as manual and auto molding processes.

WS360 performs well in a wide range of molds being able to withstand a torque of 2.9 lb-in to 18 lb-in and has a curing time of ~ 250-350 seconds. WS360 offers great workability and fume time that lasts ~10seconds. Need wax rich solutions? Contact us for additional information.

WS360 Wax Conditioning Sheets are highly effective as a protection and release product. They have good flow characteristics which enable them to reach into the mold corners and thin gate areas easily. An additional advantage is that you will need no dummy lead frame or preheating. Used in combination with our RCS Rubber Cleaning Sheets, the short mold waxing and cleaning time will lead to reduced costs and will increase your overall efficiency and productivity.

Specific Gravity
Specific Gravity
Specific gravity (SG) is the ratio of the density of a substance to the density of a reference substance; equivalently, it is the ratio of the mass of a substance to the mass of a reference substance for the same given volume.

For liquids, the reference substance is almost always water (1), while for gases, it is air (1.18) at room temperature. Specific gravity is unitless.

Shelf Life
Shelf Life
Shelf life is the amount of time after manufacturing that a product is guaranteed to retain its properties.

It differs vastly per product and it is based on temperature and storage conditions.

The properties can be guaranteed for the temperature and time range indicated on the TDS since those are the ones tested to be the best for the product.

Curing Conditions
Curing Schedule
Curing Schedule
Curing schedule is the time and temperature required for a mixed material to fully cure. While this applies to materials that cure with heat, there are also other materials that can be cured with UV.

Even though some materials can cure on ambient temperatures, others will require elevated temperature conditions to properly cure.

There are various curing schedules depending on the material type and application. For heat curing, the most common ones are Snap cure, Low temperature cure, Step cure and Staged cure.

Recommended cure type, schedule, time and temperature can always be found on the Technical data sheets.

LINQSHEET WS360 wax protection and release sheets protect mold surfaces and ensure an excellent releasing effect after cleaning the mold. They are extremely well suited for production lines that work with Electromagnetic Compatibility (EMC) and provide optimal protection of molds used in the semiconductor industry for products such as as integrated circuits, diodes, transistors, and LEDs in both physical and chemical mechanisms.

Storage and packaging

The wax conditioning and release sheets come in one size that will fit a variety of molds, so you can use one waxing product for all your molds. Other dimensions are possible per customer request if the quantity allows it.

LINQSHEET conditioning sheets come prepackaged in PE bags and in 10Kg carton boxes. They need to be stored and transferred in a cool environment and their work life is 4 days after removal from the storage conditions.

Shelf life is 12 months from manufacturing date. Stored at 5°C or below (not frozen)
