- Diffusion agent
- Low effect on brightness
- Soft and consistent luminosity
ODF-10 Diffusing agent is a light diffusing agent that is commonly used in LED applications. The main function of ta diffusing agent is to evenly diffuse the light emitted by the LED chip in the resin. This makes products using this material to emit a soft and consistent luminosity.
ODF-10 diffusing agent is a low viscosity (±20,000 mPas) milky white liquid that has small effect on the brightness of the LED. It is suitable for the production of various luminous products such as LED Lamps and LED Displays.
Reference mix ratio：
Part A: Part B: ODF-10 = 100: 100: 3~5 LED Lamp
Part A: Part B: ODF-10 = 100: 100: 4~8 LED Display
| Viscosity |
Viscosity is a measurement of a fluid’s resistance to flow.
Viscosity is commonly measured in centiPoise (cP). One cP is defined as
the viscosity of water and all other viscosities are derived from this base. MPa is another common unit with a 1:1 conversion to cP.
A product like honey would have a much higher viscosity -around 10,000 cPs-
compared to water. As a result, honey would flow much slower out of a tipped glass than
The viscosity of a material can be decreased with an increase in temperature in
order to better suit an application
- The product has low viscosity and good compatibility with A/B resins, so it can be used directly.
- If the temperature of the operating environment is low, you can put it in a 70℃~80℃ oven before use. Please shake it before use. Do not put it in the oven for a long time to avoid sedimentation and difficulty in stirring.
- A small amount of resin will float out after long-term storage of this product. This is a normal phenomenon. Please stir well before use.
